From Rome

Take the A1 motorway towards Florence (Firenze) for 120km, and exit at Chiusi-Chianciano Terme. Follow the signs to Chianciano Terme / Montepulciano for 6km to the SS146.

Pass by Chianciano Terme an turn left in the direction of Montepulciano and follow this road for 3km passing through the village of Sant' Albino. At the end of Sant' Albino you will notice on the right the 'Terme di Montepulciano' spa.

About 0.5km from the spa make a right onto a road named Via di Fontelellera.

Follow this road for about 4km and arrive at Villa Montepulciano on the left side. Welcome!

From Pisa

Take the Firenze-Pisa-Livorno (FI-OI-LI) motorway towards Florence (Firenze). When arriving at Florence, follow the signs for the A1 motorway, indicating the Bologna/Roma exit. After the toll booth, follow the direction for Roma for 80km until the exit 'Valdichiana, Bettole, Sinalunga'

Exit the motorway and follow signs to Torrita di Siena/Montepulciano. The SS326 will pass through the cities of Bettole and Torrita di Siena. When leaving Torrita di Siena take the right at the roundabout towards Montepulciano through the scenic route.

At Montepulciano's main gate, take left on 'Via della Circonvallazione' following it for 2km. On the first crossing, take a left on 'Strada per Chianciano Terme' and continue for 3km.

Turn left onto a road named Via di Fontelellera. Follow this road for about 4km and arrive at Villa Montepulciano on the left side. Welcome!
