We offer weekly rentals on a Saturday to Saturday basis during High and Mid season (dates below).
During Mid season we offer as an alternative to smaller groups, a half villa offering. The half villa offering is the ground floor of the villa (300 sq. meters / 2700 sq. feet) with three air conditioned bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms and ground floor living rooms and kitchen. If renting the half villa, you will be the only guest at the whole villa during your stay with exclusive access of the common areas, pool, terraces, and fruityard.
In Low season we are willing to take requests for a custom made rental (shorter than one week, bedroom or apartment only). Please enquire.

For your convenience we are happy to also accept payment in US$dollars.
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking to guarantee the reservation the remainder of the balance is due 30 days from arrival.
